Bon Bida is a luxury training facility with state-of-the-art equipment and professional fitness instructors. It includes a sauna, a large range of Technogym equipment compatible with the Technogym Key System (TGS), showers, lockers and a large number of classes. Bon Bida is perfect for the fanatics among us, as we are open seven days a week!

Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM
