BWC offers a wide range of fitness programs to all ages and to those in pursuit of healthy and life-enhancing experiences.

Facilities

The exercise room offers a full range of the latest fitness and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical. Equipment choices include: barbells, dumbbells, flat and inclined benches, crossover machine, stability balls & discs, bars, med balls, mats, steps. We provide towels for the use of the fitness center as well.

Memberships

• Active: unlimited use of the fitness center, 2 free personal training sessions, 1 free fitness customized training program. Price: Fls. 110,00 ($US63.00) per month
• Sport: use of the fitness center two times a week. Price: Fls. 70,00 ($US40.00) per month
• Super Sport: unlimited use of the fitness center, unlimited fitness classes, 2 free personal training session, 1 free fitness customized training program.
• Group Fitness: unlimited fitness classes.
• Week Pass: unlimited use of the fitness center for one week and introduction to fitness equipment. Price: Fls. 70,00 ($US40.00)
• Day Pass: Fls. 17,50 ($US10.00)
